Growing up without a father after a tragic airplane accident profoundly shaped my childhood. As an adult, losing my son brought me to my lowest point, forcing me to confront grief, despair, and the search for meaning. During this time, I leaned deeply into my faith in God, and with the support of my family, friends, church and community, I began to heal. These experiences taught me that even in our greatest struggles, growth is possible.
My journey didn’t start and end with grief. Along the way, I faced challenges like navigating a divorce while maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship, overcoming career setbacks, and rebuilding after natural disasters. Each trial taught me the power of resilience, reinvention, and seeing obstacles as opportunities—not just for personal growth but for inspiring others.
